Shipping + Policies

Most items are made to order, and the time I need to get this done with care varies per piece, as well as how many open orders I currently have ahead of yours. The general demands of being a human on planet earth can be quite time consuming as well, so please take into account that as a small business, it's just me tending to both my personal and professional life! I appreciate your love, support, and patience for the alchemy that is both my life and my craft.

  • Almost always, every order will be sent within 7 business days of purchase.
  • During busier times, orders may take up to 21 business days to ship - this is usually only the case after a collection drop, during sales or approaching the holidays.
  • If you have an event, or other reason for needing an order ASAP, please reach out! We can usually work something out together.
  • Once orders are dropped off at USPS, you can track them via the tracking number sent directly to the email used at checkout. Please note that I have no control over how long items take to arrive once they are out of my hands.
  • I am not responsible for orders lost or damaged in the shipping process, though do reach out if you believe this to have happened to you.

Returns and exchanges are accepted under these circumstances: 

  • If you were accidentally sent the wrong design. It happens very rarely, but  is apart of the human condition, right? 
  • Please reach out within 3 days of receiving your order to move forward with this process.

Conditions of return:

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
